          Jan Lipper is a dedicated realtor; dedicated to her clients, to her profession and the satisfaction of all parties in the process, from market knowledge to contractual agreements to open and fair negotations with all parties in either purchase or sale of residential properties.  She grew up with those values in South Dakota and is secure in the knowledge that fair and honest treatment of all is the capstone of quality service.  Jan makes sure that all parties in a negotiation are fully informed before documents are signed.
